Our Retreats are held on the outskirts of Bendigo at the beautiful Yuj Retreat Centre.

Our retreats hold space for:

Adult Women – Women’s Wellness Retreat.

Mother/Daughter RETREATS

Retreats for 10 -15 yr olds

Retreats for 10 -15 yrs have this magical essence to them.

It’s time just for you and her to connect. No distractions, or to do lists. Just you and her leaning into self-love and strengthening your connection. Opening up conversations that may have been tricky to navigate, or put to the side.

Retreats for 16 yr +

When adult women join us with their mothers they dedicate a half day to healing the generational line. We offer a powerful opportunity to release past wounds, honor shared experiences, and cultivate a deeper connection.

Through activities like guided meditations, open-hearted conversations, and somatic experiences you can explore the patterns and stories passed down through your lineage, fostering understanding and forgiveness.

This sacred time together allows for the creation of new, empowering bonds rooted in love, respect, and authenticity, paving the way for a healthier and more connected future for you and your mum and generations moving forward.

Women’s Wellness RETREAT

A 6-hour soulful retreat designed just for you.

This nurturing experience will gently guide you from the noise of overthinking and constant head chatter, back into the quiet wisdom of your heart. Through movement, stillness, connection, and reflection, you’ll return to your body, breathe a little deeper, and remember what it feels like to truly be present.
