After 30 years in the well-being field, I began to see a pattern in the stories shared by the women who came to me. These stories – often filled with sadness and challenge – spanned every corner of life: relationship issues, family struggles, parenting difficulties, friendship strains, or simply the feeling of wanting to live a better, more fulfilling life.
