Our Power Package combines two transformative sessions designed to help young women build confidence, emotional awareness, and inner wisdom.
Daytime Session: Focused on fostering a positive schoolyard culture, this session empowers young women to navigate friendships, develop self-respect, and create a supportive environment at school.
Evening Session: A special opportunity for girls and the significant adult women in their lives to connect, go deeper, and learn tools for emotional awareness. Together, they explore how to take care of themsleves in the challenges of life.

Girls and Friendships
What looks like friendship drama in the schoolyard is really girls struggling with their own self-worth.
Working closely with girls, it became clear – friendship fires are everywhere, in every school yard.
If you are a parent hearing about these fires at home, or staff member consistently hearing about them at school, you are not alone.
The unkind behaviour, and the way girls hurt each other through words, looks, comparison, and competition, are chipping away at their self-worth.
Rather than judgment or punishment, these girls need to be heard, understood, and guided towards change. Courage & Crowns has grown into work that not only supports girls but has the power to shift the culture of a whole school community.
Our young women need to be explicitly taught the impact of unkindness AND the power of kindness. How to respond when others aren’t kind. They need the words, the tools, and the self-belief to navigate friendships in healthier ways.
Our daytime session is here to create real change – to help girls feel secure in themselves and treat each other with more kindness and care.

Our 13 Crowns
Guiding how we show up for ourselves and each other.
In our program, Crowns aren’t just something you wear – they’re something you live. Each Crown is a value and a promise to move through the world with kindness, courage, and heart.
They remind us to support one another, speak kindly to ourselves, choose peace over drama, and move through the school as a team. These Crowns help us shine from the inside out and walk together as girls, as sisters, as future women – believing in ourselves and each other.
Because when we wear our Crowns with love, we rise together. 
At the end of the program, each school is gifted a Crown Set – a beautiful resource to carry the learnings forward. It keeps the messages alive long after we’ve left the building, giving teachers and students a powerful way to build on the magic that began.
That’s the gold, it’s not just a one-day event – it’s the beginning of something lasting.
