This powerful package combines two transformative sessions designed to help young women build confidence, emotional awareness, and inner strength:
Daytime Session: Focused on fostering a positive schoolyard culture, this session empowers young women to navigate friendships, develop self-respect, and create a supportive environment at school.
Evening Session: A special opportunity for girls and the significant adult women in their lives to connect, go deeper, and learn tools for emotional awareness. Together, they explore how to care for themselves and cultivate a strong sense of self in the face in times of challenge.

Girls & Friendships;
Kindness & the Power of Self-Love
It was never my intention to focus specifically on schoolyard dynamics, but as I kept meeting with classes and working one-on-one with girls, it became clear—this is a real problem. The unkindness, the silent struggles, the way young girls hurt each other with words, looks, and behaviours, is chipping away at their self-worth.
So, I followed the path of what I could hear girls needed: to be heard, understood and guided towards change. And in doing so, the Courage & Crowns daytime sessions have grown into something powerful, something that has the potential to truly shift school cultures. These sessions are no longer just about the girls—they are about creating a ripple effect that transforms the way we all treat each other.
Our young women need to be explicitly taught the effects of unkindness, the power of kindness, and how to handle situations when others aren’t kind. They need to know what to say, how to stand strong on their own two feet, and how to create relationships based on respect, compassion, and empathy.

In our program, Crowns aren’t just something you wear—they’re something you live. Each Crown is a value and a promise to move through the world with kindness, courage, and heart.
They remind us to support one another, speak kindly to ourselves, choose peace over drama, and lift the pressure rather than add to it. These Crowns help us shine from the inside out and walk together as girls, as sisters, as future women—believing in ourselves and each other.
Because when we wear our Crowns with love, we rise together. 👑
At the end of the program, each school is gifted a Crown Set—a beautiful resource to carry the learnings forward. It keeps the messages alive long after we’ve left the building, giving teachers and students a powerful way to build on the magic that began.
That’s the gold.
