Teaching you: The Power of Self-Love

As a mentor in the well-being field for over 30 years, I am here to teach women of all ages the power of self-love. I want you to care about yourself, your life, and the way you feel. I want you to create a life you love –  and that will always, always start with how you care for yourself, first.

This 4-part series is an easeful and nourishing way for you to build your self-love practice. It is purposefully designed to support you in feeling better, so you can keep creating a beautiful life for you and your family. 

Learning the depths of Self-Love = Magic

Session 1: Being with Yourself, for Yourself: practicing the art of being here, now. Out of your head – into your heart. 

Session 2: What is Self-Love, really? The 4 essential areas of self-love for you to nurture, so you can live life feeling good. 

Session 3: Your Feelings Matter: Ways to tend to your nervous system so you always have the resources to come back to yourself.

Session 4: Dedication and Devotion to Your Life; How to make self-love your daily foundation. 

When you learn to align your thoughts, words, and actions to love, I can tell you –  your life will change. When you learn to honour that little girl within and treat her like she is magic – when you SHOW her what love within looks like, your world will look different. Learning to honour yourself and your worth will bring you calm, peace, joy, and more, and more – love.

I choose calm and peace. I create space for myself and my nervous system. I let self-love be the guiding light for all my relationships.
