This 6 week group for women – is your space to heal on a deeper level than you would on a solo journey. It’s your chance to be part of a circle where women gather in support and compassion for each other.
This isn’t about sitting, talking and finding solutions. This is about learning to come home to yourself, knowing everything is inside of you, and any next steps are just waiting to be heard.

Each Circle is a 6-week journey, for 6 Thursdays in a row. Followed by a 2-week pause, before the next one begins.

Through meditation, music, guidance and movement we learn how to be women who move from over thinking and rumination, to full body presence.
We learn to be in, and love the now. Honouring the stories that brought us here, and the wisdom of our timelines.
